But just before you decide on the distance learning route … take a minute to consider your alternatives … if you can travel to the source of knowledge (NAC in Wales) your experience will always be that much richer … meeting our animals & the interaction with classmates.
Distance learning is provided specifically for those for who it is just too complex to get here … it requires a little more self discipline and motivation.
With over 10 years of experience in courses at the NAC we now feel ready. So, over the next two years we are developing an extensive range of Distance Learning Programmes … covering all the key species: equine, canine, feline. They cover the same content as our residential courses, with the key difference being, you do not need to travel. A qualification through a DLP brings the same level of accreditation as our residential courses. And if you want, there are add-on ‘short stay options’ to help the learning process, otherwise you are free to do it in the comfort of your own home.
