We believe that all of our animal related decisions should be based on the science of behaviour.
Historically most management & training systems have looked to science to support decisions they have already made. This has lead for instance to many systems which use ‘pigeon- or pseudo- science’ to support their beliefs. All of our courses and systems are derived from a base of fact.

For many of us animal behaviour science is shrouded in the mist of technical papers and reports.
It is Heather & Ross’ mission to distill & put to practical use the very latest in scientific findings.

We have a foot in both camps Heather is a formally qualified behaviourist & Ross has trained under some of the best horse trainers in the world. In 1995 we set out to demystify the science and provide you with practical, usable, easy to understand, knowledge. We now do this all the time at our courses!

90% of those attending EBQ stage 1 go on to do all 4 stages.
