Research Opportunities

Self funded opportunities are available at all of our centres ranging from the NAC in Wales, to our wildlife centre in Mozambique.

If you can prove you have the funding, we will assist you in what ever way you need.  Be it in supporting you through field supervision (we have fulltime field supervisors in all locations), structuring projects with a view to applying for a university qualification.

Or if you would like to expand your experience through personally motivated, self funded research then call us and we will
talk you though the potential.

Here are some examples:

Ongoing research opportunities on offer at our reserve in Mozambique on herbivores, canids & small felids where we have an extensive GPS tracking programme for all species

Behaviour & zoological based studies on our 6,000ha reserve
Comparative equid (zebra/horse/donkey) – adjacent reserve
Fresh water lagoons, Indian ocean beach & marine opportunities – on land contiguous with our reserve.

It is all set up for you … turn-key projects - accommodation, transport, vehicles, local support, active research programmes in place.  Absence of dangerous predators such as lion, leopard, hyena etc. so the research is safe & simple to complete.

Research on the NAC (Wales) free-ranging herd who have lived under the barn system for more than 10 years.

We specialise in completed projects – let us help you, to tame the vast research opportunities of Africa.
