Courses
 
Booking for your first module
The NAC offers you the option to pay for each module as you go along or to take up one of the packages (Gold or Silver), bringing you savings on courses & purchases here at the NAC. 
 
If you choose to pay module by module you are required to pay in advance of the module start date. Upon registration for each module, the full fee is due. The Required Reading list for each module is provided upon confirmation of registration (payment). Books are for your own account.
Booking for subsequent modules
Students are required to pay in advance of the module start date (you need to pay for the following module on the 1st day of the module you are currently attending). If you pay at a later time there is a surcharge of 15%. The Required Reading list for each module is provided on confirmation of registration (payment). 
Bank Charges
Payment can be made via the office by cash, cheque, bank transfer or by credit or debit card. Card transactions incur a banking surcharge. 
(The website Paypal facilities are not available for course fee payments)
 
Refund Policy
We do not refund amounts paid*, but will be happy to roll over your payment onto other modules or courses, allowing you the option to attend an equivalent module or another course at a later scheduled date.  Where you have paid but have been unable to attend, the best way forward is to take the handouts for the modules you have missed & catch up on the notes through one of your classmates.
 
In terms of the Gold & Silver packages the above policies relate to all modules included within the package. Where we are unable to process your payment on the due date an administration fee of £10 may be levied.
 
* You have a seven day period following payment to cancel your agreement with us, at the expiration of this period the agreement is binding based on the above terms & conditions.
 
 
Purchases from the NAC Website
 
Distance Selling Regulations apply when you purchase goods & services from the Natural Animal Centre, Penhill, Trawsmawr, Carmarthen, Carmarthenshire, SA33 6ND.
 
The price of the transaction will be confirmed at the end of the transaction, together with the delivery charges and the timescale for receipt of your goods or services.

Terms of Business

 The Natural Animal Centre, Penhill, Trawsmawr, Carmarthen, Carmarthenshire, SA33 6ND is a privately owned business selling products, courses & consultancy in the animal behaviour sector.
 
Your credit or debit card will normally be debited within 2 days of confirming your order. We accept all cards in accordance with the Paypal facilities offered on our website (only available for items purchased through the online shopping facility).
 
We endeavor to process all orders within 5 working days of receipt of order.
 
The Natural Animal Centre shall have no liability to you for failure to deliver goods or services you have ordered, or any delay in doing so, or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
 
If you are dissatisfied with the goods please contact us to discuss your concerns. If you notify us & return them within a period of seven days (in the condition received) we will provide a full refund of the amount paid, including the p&p we charged you.
 
The Distance Selling Regulations provide that you may cancel an order up to seven days from the date of receipt of the goods (deemed to be 2 working days from dispatch).
